For clients located outside the Philippines, services are considered rendered at the principal place of business of Aviero Digital Studios. The parties agree that virtual or remote delivery of services does not change the governing law or jurisdiction applicable to this agreement.
Nothing in this section prevents Aviero Digital Studios from seeking equitable or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where unauthorized use, intellectual property infringement, or breach of contract occurs.
