At Aviero Digital Studios, we are committed to delivering professional social media management, digital marketing, and creative services tailored to each client’s needs.

Because our services involve strategy development, creative work, digital deliverables, and time-based professional expertise, refunds are handled differently from physical product purchases.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.


All services provided by Aviero Digital Studios are:

  • Customized and client-specific
  • Digitally delivered
  • Time, expertise, and labor intensive
  • Non-resellable once work has begun

For this reason, refunds are limited once service delivery or project execution has started.


Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, AND
  • Work on the project has not yet started, AND
  • No strategy, consultation, audit, or deliverable has been provided.

Once any of the following has occurred, the service is considered initiated:

  • Strategy planning begins
  • Content creation or scheduling starts
  • Consultation or onboarding session is completed
  • Access to digital deliverables is granted
  • Marketing execution or campaign setup begins

At this stage, refunds are no longer available.


The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Social Media Management retainers (monthly services)
  • Digital marketing strategy plans
  • Social media audits and reports
  • Branding or content creation services
  • Consultations, coaching sessions, or advisory services
  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Customized digital assets or marketing materials

These services involve immediate allocation of professional time and resources.


In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if:

  • A project is cancelled before completion, AND
  • Only a portion of the agreed work has been delivered.

Any completed work, consultation hours, planning time, or creative output will be deducted from the refundable amount.


For recurring or monthly services:

  • Payments are billed per agreed billing cycle.
  • Clients must submit cancellation requests at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • No refunds will be issued for active billing periods already in progress.

Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.


Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Business performance outcomes or unmet expectations not tied to service delivery
  • Delays caused by client non-response or late approvals
  • Failure to provide required materials, access, or information
  • Platform algorithm changes or external market factors beyond our control

Digital marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed.


If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage clients to contact us first so we can:

  • Review concerns
  • Provide revisions (where applicable)
  • Offer reasonable solutions aligned with the project scope

We prioritize resolution before considering refund requests.


If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on payment providers or financial institutions.

Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable.


Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing services
  • Terminate agreements
  • Provide documentation of completed work to payment processors or legal authorities.

As Aviero Digital Studios operates virtually and serves clients worldwide:

  • All refund decisions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or international transfer fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
